1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website estavirac.com and related offerings, you agree to be bound by these terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other guidelines or rules that may be published from time to time. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Description of Offerings

2.1 Advisory and Planning Services

We provide tailored advisory and planning sessions to help you organize and manage your holdings and estate. Services are delivered in person, by phone, or via online meeting.

2.2 Digital Materials

Digital materials include guides, templates, and training modules provided electronically for your personal use.

2.3 Physical Products

Physical products include printed workbooks, manuals, and other tangible items delivered by courier or mail.

3. Fees and Payment

Payment is due in full before service delivery or product dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept credit card and electronic transfer. Prices are stated in Canadian dollars and exclusive of any applicable taxes.

4. Refund Policy

Our refund policy varies by offering:

4.1 Advisory and Planning Services

• Initial deposits are non-refundable due to the time reserved for your consultation. Remaining fees may be refunded if you cancel more than 72 hours before the scheduled session.
• You may transfer a session to another date by providing at least 48 hours’ notice to our team via our contact form. Transfers are subject to availability.

4.2 Digital Materials

• Once digital materials are downloaded or access credentials are provided, no refunds can be issued. This policy protects our intellectual property rights.
• If you experience technical issues, please notify us within 7 days for assistance.

4.3 Physical Products

• You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return authorization is required via our contact form.
• Upon receipt and inspection, we will refund the purchase price to your original method of payment within 14 days, less any shipping and handling charges.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service session, please provide notice at least 48 hours in advance via our contact form. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may forfeit the deposit.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Estavira and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our offerings. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service or product at issue.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
